YOUTH EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND RELIEF SOCIETY its presence on the development sector in the year 2008 and formally got registered in 2013.
The organisation was conceived by a few young, energetic and local youths belonging from different professions and backgrounds, charged with the vision of working with the marginalised sections of rural and urban communities of Jammu & Kashmir State in general and district Budgam one of the most backward low literacy rate and underdeveloped district in the state in particular. We have tried to change the dynamics of help and awareness present in the society. We have striven to stand by the values it was formed for, an organization “Born in Kashmir to Serve Humanity”. It has touched many areas of common concern like Social Development, Education, Skill Development, Placement of Youths, Health Care, Peace and Communal Harmony, Environment, Agriculture, Sports and Fitness, Women Empowerment, Drug De-addiction, Aids Awareness, Disaster Management, Child Labour, Seminars/Workshops/Conferences, Research and Environment etc through an array of activities designed to generate awareness, raise concerns and find achievable and sustainable solution through people’s involvement.
